**SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSON**
Our client that has expanded rapidly over the last 12 months is looking for ambitious new sales people to join their vibrant team to enable them flourish in the beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive and engaging with experience of selling directly to convenience stores, petrol stations, cafes, office blocks etc. You should be charismatic, goal driven and thrive in challenging situations.
A typical day will include identifying and winning over new customers whilst Maintaining and building relationships with existing accounts. Promoting the product with relevant POS items, sales support and sampling sessions.
- Ability to be a great salesperson
- Manage objection handling
- Excellent personal organisation, journey planning, communication & customer service skills
- Able to manage both an existing portfolio of accounts, whilst continually sourcing new stockists, both in independent venues & multiple groups
- Self-starting, entrepreneurial & highly adaptable
- Full Drivers licence is required
